Context

0113 (Accepted) let HeroUI Pro reach customers through a mirror bundle and a bring-your-own-key option. The owner’s answer OR9 (mem L579, 2026-10-20) suspends that until the OEM request (STA-41) is answered.

Decision

  1. Scope. HeroUI Pro is used only in Stackra’s own apps, until an OEM agreement exists (OR9, STA-41).
  2. Packages. Free packages never depend on Pro components (mem L579).
  3. Suspended. The mirror bundle and the bring-your-own-key option are suspended.
  4. Access. Our apps and CI keep HEROUI_PERSONAL_TOKEN.

Consequences

  • A customer’s app built on Stackra gets the free HeroUI components only.
  • Lifting the restriction is a new ADR, after STA-41.

Enforcement

planned — the validator rejects a free package that depends on a Pro component.

  1. STA-41, the HeroUI OEM answer. This ADR waits for it (register thin item 20).
