Supersedes 0062. Amends 0061.

Context

0062 (Proposed) gave mobile release rules without the app count, the release train or the store process. The owner’s answers MR1 to MR6 (mem L475–477, 2026-10-20) set those. The gap analysis (E-05) notes the cost of three apps on day one, so the owner should confirm the count.

Decision

  1. Apps (MR1 and MR6). Three apps on day one: the internal reference app, a public “Stackra Showcase” store app, and per-tenant white-label store builds (Pro). One Figentra Apple and Google organisation.
  2. Builds (MR2 and MR3). Builds run on EAS, triggered from GitHub Actions only when the native fingerprint changes. The EAS plan is paid, with a monthly build cap.
  3. Releases (MR4 and MR5). Store releases are phased and bi-weekly. Over-the-air updates roll out from 10% to 100% over 24 hours, gated on crash-free sessions. A minimum-version gate applies. The last two store versions are supported.
  4. Carried forward from 0062. Expo push and Sentry from day one (0062 decisions 2 and 3).
  5. Skills. The mobile skills mobile-eas-setup, mobile-release and mobile-store-listing are written now, with React Navigation, not expo-router (mem L395).

Consequences

  • An over-the-air update can be rolled back by the crash-free gate without a store review.
  • Three apps means three store listings to keep current. The count is an open question.

Enforcement

planned — the fingerprint check in CI, and the minimum-version gate in the app.

Open questions

  1. Whether three apps on day one is right, or one reference app first (gap analysis E-05). The owner confirms.

Alternatives

  • One reference app only: a candidate under E-05; not chosen by the owner yet.
