Context
0017 (Accepted) named an agent roster with economy, standard and frontier tiers. The owner’s answers B5, B6, B7 and the roster decisions (mem L389–394, 2026-10-20) replace the tiers and fix who merges.Decision
- Tiers (B6). Five tiers replace economy, standard and frontier: steward, executor, reviewer, guardian and lead.
- Models. Opus leads. Fable is used only for ADR and constitution reversals and deep audits. Guardians run on Opus, reviewers and executors on Sonnet, and stewards on Haiku.
- Roster.
- The package steward is folded into the code-standards steward.
- A code reviewer is added, on Sonnet, escalating to Opus.
- OpenCode gets only the steward and executor rows, on Kimi K3 (B5).
- The user-level drizzle, nestjs and expo-router skills move to the Academorix and Figentra repositories.
- Merging (B7). Claude commits, pushes and merges through
pr:merge, under the merge rule of the register (after a green gate and an independent reviewer PASS). Releases and production promotion stay with a human. - Routing.
.agents/routing.yamlis updated, and the stalesdlc:*routes are fixed (gap B11).
Consequences
- A tier names what the agent does, not what it costs.
- Fable’s cost is limited to reversals and audits, so routine work does not use it.
Enforcement
planned —pnpm validate checks models.yaml and routing.yaml against the roster; pnpm agents:check checks the projections.
Open questions
- None for the roster. The OpenCode row depends on the Kimi K3 availability.
Alternatives
- Economy, standard and frontier tiers: superseded by B6.
